1. Stop eating junk food and Takeaway. If you really want to lose weight, you have to run away from fast foods. It will take you two days of exercise to burn the calories you consume for just one lunch in a fast food restaurant but if you skip this lunch, it will be better for your health. If you skip one lunch of fast food, you have succeeded in losing 50 pounds. Anytime your body is asking for fast foods just give it more fruits it is better.
2. Drink a Lot of Water. I have use water to help some of my client to lose weight. I tell you the truth about water and weight loss. Drinking water helps to flush out all the unwanted fats and toxins from your body and helps keep your energy levels up. If you drink a lot of water your body will burn much fat and if you stave yourself of water, your body will burn less fat because it will want to keep the fat for future use acting on self defense.
3. Reduce your portion size, this is a great way to lose weight, instead of eating all your meals at once, you can eat them in smaller unit. You are better off eating 6 small meals throughout the day than 3 large ones. This will increase your metabolism and you’re your body burn more calories.
4. Start some exercise it will help you lose more weight. Dieting only can not help you burn all the calories you want to burn. By doing exercise you will increase your metabolic rate even more which in-turn will start to burn more calories faster. Exercise will also help your whole body. It will give more energy and help other important organ in the body stay healthy.
5 Sleep well; when you sleep well you will be in a better mind to move on. Your body needs a lot of rest to burn more calories. But don’t eat at list three hours before you go to bed.
